Gideons International are well known for leaving Bibles in hotel rooms. Problem is, I don't really want a Bible in my hotel room. If I wanted one, I'd have brought my own.
Some people like to take the Bibles home, but that is stealing. Other people like to write notes, but that is vandalism.
That's why you should Hide the Bible.

I tossed the bible onto the top of the valence over the balcony door in room 67309 (sadly not 867-5309) of the Bahia Principe Ambar resort near Punta Cana, República Dominicana.
May it rest there for many years.
